FSB Registration Nears Completion

With the recent changes in hedge fund regulation in South Africa, Belmont Investments has been exploring the optimal avenue through which to make our funds available to investors through a vehicle registered with the FSB as a Qualifying Investor Hedge Fund (QIHF). This will be made possible through our partnership with Prime Asset Management. Prime will act as the local management company, managing a local ZAR-denominated vehicle which will feed into the Belmont Multi-Strategy Fund. It is hoped that this process will be complete by July 1st.
